by commissioning me you agree to the following:
I, as the artist...
✦ retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork and the right to post it in any format
✦ maintain the right to refuse any commissionYou, as the client...
✦ can edit, crop, and resize the art you receive. However, you are still required to credit me.
✦ can post the artwork on your own socials/website, but should link/credit back to me.
✦ can request changes during the sketching phase and small corrections once colored. Large edits once the piece is colored must be paid for
✦ cannot claim my art/design as your own
✦ cannot use or sell my art for NFT purposes
✦ cannot feed my art into AIpayment
✦ through Paypal in Euro (€)
✦ 50% are paid upfront, the other 50% are paid after the sketch
✦ If work on your commission hasn't yet begun, full refunds are available.
✦ If your commission is in it's sketch phase, only 50% refunds are available
✦ If your commission has passed sketch phase, no refunds are available.basic info
✦ all commissions are digital products
✦ all commissions are defaulted as personal use. Do not redistribute/sell your commissioned piece for commercial-uses.
✦ If your commissioned piece is for commercial-use, specify as such in the order form
✦ the charge for commissions for commercial-use is +100%
✦ the finished artwork is received through dropbox. please save your commission within 2 weeks.commission process

✦ the commissioner can ask for progress updates at any time / check the Trello
